Todd Hill, a 10-year veteran in the senior level Residential Realtor/Broker industry, has a diverse portfolio ranging from investment and distressed property solutions with experience in the past 5 years as a Realtor with Realty Executives Unlimited. Todd resides on Lake Norman and his abundance of knowledge of Lake Norman and surrounding areas makes him the perfect choice for a buyers’ or listing agent. Hill relocated into the Lake Norman Area from Charlotte, where he was an executive Chef for a local restaurant chain. He was immediately drawn to the water and fell in love with the lake lifestyle.
Todd began his career in Real Estate and worked for several of the area’s leading top Luxury Real Estate teams as the marketing administrator. During this time, Todd saw the need for more innovative and creative marketing so he created a virtual tour business that operated in 30 cities nationwide. Todd became very familiar with the local neighborhood communities and each community amenities. Knowledge is power and this gives Todd the leading edge to find his clients the perfect place to call home.
In combination of knowledge of the area Todd knows the importance of a full multi media marketing campaign. His experience and knowledge provides full knowledge of web, interactive print, and social media and Hill is always researching new ideas to market for his client. Realizing just how important marketing is in today’s market he has solicited the assistance of a marketing firm to assist him as his time is more dedicated to finding and listing the perfect home for his clients.

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® and finding her love for real estate, Heather worked in the financial customer service industry, managing a small team for a company in Pensacola, Florida for 4 years. She returned to her home in North Carolina in 2008 to complete her BSBA in Finance & Economics. During this time, she joined the real estate industry assisting in administrative and marketing duties over the course of her education. Since 2012, she helped to oversee all real estate marketing for the firm, property management services, real estate contracts as well as provide executive and administrative support. Through this position, she developed a desire to become more involved in the sales process of home buying.
Now, as a licensed Broker/Realtor® for the Hillco Realty Team at Southern Homes of the Carolinas, she has developed a passion for helping consumers find the homes that best fit their needs. Heather’s foundation of ethics and core values provides her clients with exceptional loyalty and dependability to be their advocate in the home buying process. Her goal is to make each transaction a smooth and enjoyable experience for her clients and everyone involved. As a North Carolina Realtor® with HillCo & Associates, Drew started focusing exclusively on real estate in 2018 after a 15 year career in Healthcare Technology & Consulting Sales where he led sales teams that consulted with large hospitals and physician practices.
Since starting his professional career, Drew has had a passion for real estate. He started investing and managing residential properties in 2004, purchasing his first vacation rental on Lake Norman in 2008. Over the past 10 years, he and his wife Heather have continued to purchase investment properties. In 2018, Drew left corporate America to start his own business focusing on real estate investing and property management services. He has extensive knowledge of residential property investing strategies and maximizing financial returns for both vacation and long term rentals. He can do this in such a way that minimizes owner frustrations, generates the strongest returns, and protects investments. Originally from upstate NY, Drew attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where he graduated with high honors with Bachelors in Management Information Systems, completed all coursework for a Masters in Technology Management and played varsity basketball, two years as captain. Drew lives on Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford, NC with his wife, two daughters and golden retriever Luna.

Suzi Corso Thorne obtained her first real estate license at the age of 23. However, her innate love for lifting and serving others led to a myriad of other business opportunities. While suspending her real estate drive, Suzi crafted an independent sales business that led to immense personal success. She built a team of over 8,500 independent, home accessory consultants as a Founding National Director for one of the fastest growing companies in the direct sales industry. Suzi viewed this as an opportunity to chaperon others to a place of intimate gratification.
While building her career in direct sales, Suzi additionally embraced opportunities to invest in real estate. She continues to invest in numerous residential and commercial real estate ventures that enrich the lives of each tenant.

Stephanie Terry has been a licensed real estate broker since 2007 when she left the mortgage industry to pursue other passions. She has also worked in varying lines of business with a background in project management.
