A new construction 1,250-square-foot home is listed at $219,900, which is the lowest current list price. The highest is $1.5 million for a waterfront property built in 1989. The house has more than 5,500 square feet of living space.

Westport is zoned for Lincoln County’s St. James Elementary School and North Lincoln Middle and High schools. Nearby private Lincoln Charter School also offers K-12 education.
