Located just south of downtown Denver, Westport is east of Highway 16 and built surrounding the beautiful Westport Golf Club.
Everyday modern conveniences are a short drive away on Old Highway 16, along with the East Lincoln Community Center, Sally’s YMCA and a variety of athletic and recreational fields.
While Westport might feel quite removed from civilization when you want it to be, the metro Charlotte area is just 35 minutes away for work or for play. In addition, the city of Lincolnton is only 30 minutes west.

There are 39 properties currently listed for sale in Westport, which range from pre-construction or new construction to resale properties built in the 1970s. Fourteen properties are under contract as of July 9.
A new construction 1,250-square-foot home is listed at $219,900, which is the lowest current list price. The highest is $1.5 million for a waterfront property built in 1989. The house has more than 5,500 square feet of living space.
Westport is zoned for Lincoln County’s St. James Elementary School and North Lincoln Middle and High schools. Nearby private Lincoln Charter School also offers K-12 education.
